HOW TO BOOK
It is always a good idea to book my services as a guide ahead of time, especially when the high season (May-September) is on. Yet you can try with a short advice as well. Should I have been already booked, I can provide you another guide, somebody I really trust and usually work with, to ensure the best for you.
No bookings are considered confirmed without a DEPOSIT.
To keep your reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit which is calculated in euro as part of the cost of the guide fee plus the entire cost of the transportation (when required) and the entire cost of the pre-purchased tickets (when required)
The detailed deposit amount is communicated by e-mail.
The conversion of the deposit from euro to your currency is based on the exchange rate at the date you send the deposit.
The balance is the total cost of the service (EURO) minus the deposit (EURO).
The balance due can be paid ONLY in euro at the end of the tour.

FEES
The hourly fee is 60.00 euro per hour (NOT per person) taxes NOT included, to be paid cash at the end of the tour which last 3 hours minimum.
Your entrance fees and transportations are NOT included.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be communicated ONLY by e-mail.
The reimbursement of the deposit is calculated as follows:

•75% if you cancel 60 days prior the date of your tour;

•50% if you cancel 30 days prior the date of your tour;

•20% if you cancel 7 days prior the date of your tour.
There are NO refunds:
-
•for cancellations received 7 days or less before the tour date;

•for cancellations received on the day before, on the day of or after the tour date (the client is charged for the full cost of the tour, and the transport service when booked);
-
•in case of bad weather (it is possible to change the schedule and the itinerary of the tour to adjust it to the weather, but the tour cannot be canceled);
-
•in case of no show up.
Clients leaving without paying will be legally pursued.
Refunds will be sent in euro (check to your name). Shipping costs at your charge.
